I'm Monique Lopez, a product design leader with 12+ years across UX, visual design, and front-end development. I've led a design team and I've been the only designer in the room. I like work that sits between disciplines where I can combine stratetgic design thinking with bussiness acumen and deliver polished experences.
At Crunchbase I've designed how people connect our data to the AI tools they already use, through our MCP server, from beta research to GA. Before that I managed the design team behind Crunchbase's AI relaunch, including Scout, our AI research assistant, a launch the Wall Street Journal covered.
Before all that, I delivered design solutions for Fortune 500 companies including Google, United Airlines, Sephora, and AT&T. My strategic leadership contributed to exponential growth, helping scale a organization from Series B to Series D while raising over $106M in funding.
